I’m dedicated to providing a safe space for clients to work through whatever they are facing, unlock potential for growth and bring balance back to their lives.
Hi, I'm Charlie. I'm a psychotherapist and counsellor based in Greater Manchester. I come from a vibrant multicultural community in the Northwest, and my love for nature and the great outdoors has deeply influenced my approach to therapy.
Over the past 25 years, I have dedicated myself to working with individuals and groups to promote well-being across Northwest England. My unwavering commitment and experiences have shaped my career and inspired me to become a therapist.
I have achieved a Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy from Salford University. I specialize in Relationship issues, Work Related Stress, Bereavement/Grief & Loss and am a registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy; my registration number is 407731.
As a Person-Centred Therapist, I am committed to creating a safe, non-judgmental environment where you can feel secure to explore your thoughts and feelings. I strongly emphasise empathy, ensuring clients feel cared for and supported.
This, along with acceptance and authenticity, allows clients to trust their inner resources and guide their growth and healing. My role is to facilitate a client's journey towards self-discovery, allowing them to make positive changes which enable personal growth and lasting positive outcomes.

I offer the choice of virtual sessions via video or telephone or face-to-face meetings in my therapy room in Glazebrook, Greater Manchester, a serene and comfortable space which is easily accessible from Cheshire, Warrington, Greater Manchester & Salford.
My therapy services are not about dictating what's best for you but about working together to find the most suitable approach. Whether it's long-term or short-term therapy, or the frequency of sessions, we'll decide together based on your needs and preferences.
I offer a 15-minute FREE initial consultation, an excellent opportunity to get to know each other, discuss your therapy experience and any reservations about the therapy process, and understand if therapy with me is right for you before committing to a first session. Calls can be via Zoom or phone.
My session fees are£65. Payment is required within 24hrs of an appointment and can be paid via cash or bank transfer.
Therapy sessions are 50 minutes long, and our time together is confidential. When you feel you have achieved what you were looking for via therapy, we can discuss working towards ending your therapy sessions in the most comfortable way for you.
Feel free to contact me if you have any questions about how therapy works, or to arrange an initial assessment appointment. This enables us to discuss the reasons you are thinking of coming to therapy, whether it could be helpful for you and whether I am the right therapist to help.
You can also call me on 07955793961 if you would prefer to leave a message or speak to me first. I am happy to discuss any queries or questions you may have prior to arranging an initial appointment.
